Trent Reznor perfectly captures every element of what it feels like to be overwhelmed and controlled by forces beyond your control. It’s brutal and unforgiving but it’s real and it happens every day. Look around you and you’ll see people who are suffering through various forms of mental illness. Look at them and remember to be kind. No matter who you are, everyone is fighting a battle.
